Well tomorrow is going to be a fun install since I just picked up my Mobtown Offroad bolt on sliders. Going to try and do it by myself. Anybody in the Hanover area I have a lot of free beer for a hand!!

It's not that bad. The only annoying part is the bolt with the long handle welded on it. If you're a smaller fellow you can just jam your whole hand up in there to position the bolt easier.

I like painting. I grew up doing it - my father was a painting contractor for over 45 years.
I’ve pretty much been painting since I was old enough to hold a paintbrush.

The HD isn't really necessary unless you're planning on doing really stupid shit if you wanna save a few bucks.

    So here’s a weird one.

I put a Sequoia Master Cylinder in my truck due to putting discs in the rear.

I actually did it twice... the instructions are terrible. I had the pushrod adjusted a little too long on the first go round. I spoke with @Hawk373 who had done this install previously, and he got me straightened out. The brakes are working great now.

The problem is, that the light that normally lights up when the parking brake is on, is on.

If I unplug the low level sensor on the MC reservoir, the light goes out. If I plug it back in, the light comes back on. This seems to be the exact opposite of what should be happening...

The rear disc brake kit does not have a parking brake, so I can just leave the plug unplugged, but I’d like to know WHY this is happening.

It’s obviously activated by the parking brake pedal AND the low level sensor.

Seems the problem is at the sensor, not the parking brake.

I should’ve unplugged the sensor, then pushed the parking brake pedal to see if the light came on.

    Tomorrow.

Drywall escapes me. Don’t know why. As a machinist/driveway mechanic- I love working with my hands. But wood and drywall bore me.

Now, a shiny coat of new paint. That’s a new word for wood. Lol

I love carpentry and would be doing it if it paid any sort of money at all around here.
