I refuse to wash my wife's car anymore. She's got a white Pathfinder. We've got a really good car wash place close by that does great work. Wheelworks in Huntington Valley.

We don't need anymore rain I can tell ya! I'm beginning to wonder if it's going to be like last year. First time ever last year I needed to install a sump pump to control the overflow of the old cistern in the middle of the basement. Normally we don't have that problem in my part of PA...

It's honestly something I've never had to deal with before, lol. My elderly neighbor across the street has it worse as her house sits 15' below ours. There was 8" of standing water in there as there was no provisions for a pump... I work in Maryland (short drive, Hagerstown) and in that county everytime it sprinkles water gets across the roads. You think it's a small puddle, but you're sent halfway across the road, lol.

There have been a lot of really good deals floating through here in the last couple weeks. Too bad my build isn't there yet. I would love to take advantage of @Unchained 5150's kings or the dual compressor. He really has some great deals on some good products right now.

I treated if this spring for the first time in years... Also I really tore up the side by the garage this past winter so there's a lot of new grass I planted.
My neighbors yard is like a damn golf course. Its perfect... That's the adult version of peer pressure, when your neighbor is mowing the lawn... :(

My neighbor is the same way. Everytime I mow he has to mow right after; he can't fathom having grass slightly taller than mine. Dude seriously gets out there with a tape measure and scissors. If I didn't work night shift I would mow every other day just to mess with him. He's an odd bird, even has a camera pointed twords my house and garage :der:

nothing wrong with au natural...the back 1/2 acre looks the same. I did get about 1/3 of it cut this weekend to access the downed trees. Amazing the difference between a steel blade and string with 3' tall grass. My son said, "dad why did you make all this hay". Also the cicada's are ridiculous at my house right now.

My neighbor is the same way. Mows twice a week, 3 times if it has been 2 days and a rain is coming. Who has that time?

I need to mow this afternoon, but rain is already starting to fall. Good excuse to get into the garage and work on my little weedeater. Maybe I can get it running, and use it for string trimming. Then I leave the big stihl setup with the blade. Or I could think about cleaning it up to be able to use it. What is the fun in that though, i'd rather tinker with something.

I appreciate it Joe, and actually the one I am working on was inherited from my dad. It is a homelite, unsure of cc. I am pretty far away from you to worry about it though. With that being said you are located in Hatboro correct?

Yeah it seems like everyone has things at good prices when I am out of the market. I have a pretty specific build goal for this year though. Next year will be more focused on outfitting the rig. This year I just want to get it set up, and hopefully end the summer with some wheeling!

I was actually asking because I am looking into an ARB bumper from toytonka. It is what I have been wanting and a price I can't really pass. I just know that I won't be out that way for at least a month or so. Just waying some possible options if this works out.

If I don't get it running though. I will definitely keep you in mind for that. I won't just toss it. I need to actually start that process though. I am a packrat, and I'm getting to the point where I have limited space. Time to do the whole if I haven't touched it in the last year its gone clean up. I've acquired some tools recently, and would like to be able to set the garage up to use them easily. Which means a whole re-arrangement of the garage. It is necessary and has needed done though. If I am feeling ambitious later maybe I will get started.

Definitely the flipping them off and saying fuck you.

    Happy birthday Joe.

This rain sucks. My weather app said it was nice in Philly this weekend. I went down to NC to see my parents and meet my new puppy. They haven't had rain in a while and needed some. Well, guess what. It fucking rained the whole weekend when I was there. Now I'm back in Philly and it's rainy. Fuck this shit.

Digger is an awesome pup. At 4 months old, he has so much energy, but yet he loves to lounge around in the mornings. He seems to be pretty smart too. Within hours of meeting him, I had him trained for giving a paw and dropping whatever is in his mouth. Still working on stay and come. We had to leave him at my parents house since my girlfriend doesn't move to her new place until July. I'll pick him up then. The vet said he looks like a Sheppard mix. I'm gonna say he's part chocolate lab too.

Thats a false sense of security... a buddy of mine had to have 5' of water pumper from his basement last Wednesday (from all the rain we got) and hes on the side of a hill/high point of town. Flash flood from 4+ inches of rain in an hour is going to do what it wants. We had class 2-3 rapids going through town.
