    Just in time to do a retaining wall, with hand dug excavation and mixing/pouring of concrete.

    Ya know.... I always tend to measure something, cut it three times, and it's still too short.

    It's a pretty precise skill. Sharp pencil definitely helps. As does knowing your saw and how she cuts. A good saw blade is definitely needed.

    Crap! I'm stuck at home bonding with the new son and cannot go get that! (It is literally an adoption doctor's order) Aaaaah, I want it. Would it fit my 1st gen. Doublecab shortbed? Anyone want to pick it up and hold it for me for say $50 handling fees? Not sure if I could get it for a couple weeks and that listing says it needs to go by tomorrow.

    Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
    I've come to enjoy trim work. I don't know why, but I do.

    exactly my experience as a carpenter. I know what I want to do, and what tools to use. Something gets lost in translation every time I take on a project. In the end if it functions, I don't care much about aesthetics.
    Compound Miter saw I think would be the ticket to this, again I have an idea but no practical experience. I have a couple of projects myself that I need to take on, so when i get around to it I'll send you some pics so you can feel better about your skills.

    Get a coping saw, and just cope it in? I know it is a bitch because i ruined the corner trying to cope, but my buddy made it look real easy.

    Quarter round at the bottom? Or the corner bead going from floor to ceiling? I don't see why any compound miters are needed for either.

    Crown was always my bane when I was doing carpenter work. Regular trim no problem.

    @Blackout14,
    You may want to have the wife stay over night at the parents or somewhere, those fumes can be overwhelming let alone dangerous. Especially to pregnancy.

    That's what I thought too. This picture probably confirms it. Also, this is the closest I'll EVER come to having a cap on my truck.
