I like it. Definitely lighter than the last one (Java Head Stout). I'm drinking it straight from the bottle, as I do with all of them, and I wish poured this one in a glass. The bottle is quite thick at the rim. As far as the beer, it seems a lot more carbonated or something. I like that it's lighter, in both weight and flavor. Definitely doesn't have the kick like the java head, but it's the same alcohol content. I usually equate the higher content with a more bitter beer. I was doing some research today about IBU's, since I see that number listed on the beers I've been trying. IBU is roughly equivalent to how bitter a beer is, with some other factors involved.

 

Yes, the cork & cage ones are better out of a glass. Jovial is very smooth and they’ll sneak up on you.

Also a fan of that. Tröegs makes a cork & cage version of that which is bourbon barrel aged. It’s exceptional.

 

There was another cork and cage at the store. I forget what flavor it was.

good morning all. I'm getting all my ducks in a row for going to a dealership for possible frame replacement. I was under the truck this weekend and have a quarter size hole in the frame behind the cross member, as well as a 2" void where the weld was on the control arm/frame. Manufactured date is 08/08 so I'm within the 12 year window.

I live right beside Toyota of New Holland; has anyone had luck with them?
