    Holy shit! I went to grad school in PGH. First time I ever went through the Squirrel Hill tunnel I had to slam on my brakes and drop at least 20-30 mph. Tunnels practically surrounding the city but no one knows how to drive through them! Don't even get me started on the highway system...

    At title can be had for any trailer in Pa. once it is built and road ready you take it to a trailer certification inspection station. They check it make sure it is good to go, sign off on your paper work and you send paper work to the state. Then the state issues you a title.
    People say you CANT do it cause they get a free trailer and want to get a title immediately and use it tomorrow.
