So what the heck... I thought the whole frame rust thing was a well known controlled issue contained within a set number of years? What gives? Are frames going bad on all Tacomas regardless of year/generation?

Fit and color look great, the only minor thing that catches my is eye is the shape of the side window vs. the intended cutout. I guess they start life as solid side? Still nice overall though. If you don't like it someone will happily buy it I'm sure.

I’m convinced they just have a cookie cutter body, the sister model of this cap is a full glass side window that’s the same shape and size as that indented cutout

So is the one with the slider. Mine has a filler piece in there. Foam covered with vinyl. I pulled it out on my last one. Will eventually do it to this one too.

Truth. Certain drivers feel like they can do whatever they want. Some areas of Philthy are like the wild west.

My FIL thought the same thing and he lived to 85. I retired at 65 1/2 and still going strong. Trick is to keep active, busy and stay clear of the wife:rofl:. Always something around to keep busy with where you dont have to put up with the bull shit of a job.

I retired at 46. So far I've gotten my money's worth out of retirement. In before the dirt nap.

Mornin' all, happy Wednesday. Looks like we'll have great weather over the next five days or so. :playball:

Best of luck! That's a big move but it also sounds exciting. I've been in PA for ten years and was thinking about moving west (but not CA), ironically.
