    Yes, but it's pretty liberal. The thing with Az is the country is soooo rough, rocky and rugged, there are lots of cats but they are rarely seen. Most cats are glassed up at long range and shot at long range or taken with dogs (treed ) and killed.

    They need to be managed like any predator (IMHO). You guys in PA have an excellent deer population and if unmanaged can wipe out lots of deer. It sounds like they are just getting into different states , Iowa for example, but in 5,10, 20 years these populations of cats will expand and grow. Cattle will be killed, and of course deer.

    You have a lot higher population there than there is in the majority of the rest of the state. Look at the allocation of doe tags for the Pittsburgh area them look at the other WMUs. Almost twice what there is for WMU 2G, and I can guarantee you there's not half as much area to hunt there as there is here in 2G
