    Could be a few things, but common denominator might be water intrusion...
    Supposedly water might be entering brake cables protective sheath along do leaf springs, and by the brake drum, causing corrosion and getting stuck, or just freezing.
    Also, brake cables might need to be adjusted after a lift:notsure: (idk, I was going to look into it, but since it stopped happening, I forgot about it)

    @Skierrichy showed me this thread awhile ago, might be worth checking it out Frozen E Brake

    Good Morning all!

    Anyone local interested in a 2004 Tacoma AcessCab 3.4liter 5 spd 4x4. 75xxx miles. My friend that got me into tacomas is selling it. Paint fade on the hood and roof, front and rear bumper are rusted (he removed the rear already since it was in rough shape) the frame looks very good, as you can tell by the miles she didn't move too much too often. He's got a new oem suspension ready to bolt onto the truck. i'll post an ad shortly, but wanted to mention it to you guys first! He's asking 10,500$ obo
