If I have to drive any hills or with wind, the best I can get is maybe 15. But that’s also going highway speeds. If I slow down I might do better

Dang, and to think I was disappointed in my 21-22mpg I get with the 4.0 that could obviously use a TB cleaning and some other stuff. Guess I'm lucky, but I guess my commute has alot to do with it...

You’d be surprised at what affects mpg and what doesn’t.

After a few times I quit checking mileage .If I am out of single digits I am doing good.

The gas goes in the bill gets paid except when it doesn`t .

Which has happen all to often as of late Nothing Like your Fleet Card being declined after the third station

I'd get better mpg if i'd stop bolting steel to the fucker.

Also if I'd stop treating the throttle like i'd like to treat my boss's face.

    There is that !

stick a 1/2" block to the bottom of the throttle will fix that problem.

I know the 1000 ' of 1/0 welding cable behind the seats might save me 1/2 mpg

I know the day I take it out the next day I will need it to go out on rent

A guy I know who works for precision drilling likes to tell a story of a broken platform at the top of one of their rigs. They could either find people with enough cable to reach but unwilling to weld 300 feet above the ground, or people that would do it but didn't have the equipment.

Then they found some old fuck that kept refusing to wear fall protection.
