    Well I got a water heater. Now all I need is to get someone to help my mechanically challenged ass to hook it up. Hopefully my neighbor is feeling well since he is a plumber.

    They are a whole sale dealership all there cars come from auctions. I'd never buy a car from there... ever
    They said the windshield was leaking. It was not the car smelled like it sat in a pond for a week

    Gas or electric? It's really as simple as making the two water connections and the electrical connection for an electric.

    I had mine yesterday. I spent the evening at home, grilled a nice steak, drank some scotch, had some...relations...with the girlfriend, and then read a book by the woodstove with some more scotch. :thumbsup:

    Lots better than a night out.

    Gas. There are no threaded connectors for the water. They are all soldered. I could probably do the gas if everything lined up on the new heater but there is always a complication with everything mechanically I try to do.

    If I'm doing any copper work anymore I usually just do a copper -> pex sharkbite and run pex

    Shark bites are the way to go. I started using them 1o years ago.Can connect copper to pex.Get a flexable hose rated for gas.Makes hot water/dryer and easy install.
