Considering I just made that for the fire house, I'm gonna say probably not... They are very very quiet right now. I'm enjoying my peace. Hopefully this also causes a food coma...then come the paybacks for the commentary.

 

Also any left overs are being used for breakfast tomorrow, Steak and Eggs

I have not left Home since Tuesday after work.

I gotta go for mail and should hit the grocery store.

Sure would be nice to have Goats and Chickens about now Boxes of Cereal and no milk

 

I think I'm putting in a garden this year. I've been wanting to because I love gardening but IDK about how many deer I'm going to have to eat.

 

Cooked a little meal tonight stuffed flounder and artichokes.

 

Took advantage of a little time and got the last little bit of trees cut around the yard. Now to get the branches and wood into the respective piles.

The kids were chomping at the bit to get out of the house, so we went to a friend's camp once the storms moved out.
The creek crossings are usually 6" late summer maybe 1ft normal spring day. Today they were probably 3 or even deeper.
My wife got a little taste of offroad (more fire road) as I took the family to a few areas I go to relax and find peace. Got about 3 hours before it was time to head home for dinner.

Back to being a stay at home dad tomorrow. A blessing and curse both at the same time.

At least now we know why our medical professionals don’t have enough PPE.

 

Went back up today with the boat. Fished the lake all day no luck. But we were basically just checking the lake out and auto charting. It was a beautiful day.

 

My wife was just telling me this was the case today. Did not see any of this on Friday. Why do people have to be pigs.

I mean..*valley girl* I tots like keeping a brown paper bag with me all the time so my N95 Can breath and I can reuse it

yea. We watched quite a few people last week doing this crap. My favorite was the dude who had two N95’s on.

So, "shit's gettin' real". I keep reading it and I am sick of reading it. Yes, we need to take the situation serious. So, with that said, I'd like to get 'real'. The President has put things into motion that puts us on a war time footing battling CV. This country has to start making medicines, the components to make those medicines, PPE and medical equipment here in CONUS. U.S. factories are re-tooling to make the things we need to battle CV and future disease related crises, just like WWll. China has threatened to stop sending us various supplies. India is stopping the shipment of needed medicines because.......they need them. The reason I am on this little rant is because of our current situation with getting everything from China. I watched this recent video from Scotty Kilmer about cheap, knock-off parts, and it reinforces the current policy of Buying items made in USA, or at least better quality than a MIC knock-off. Sorry for the rant, but we have to start taking care of business, and that may mean giving up the dollar store or dollar tree, dollar general, etc. Here is the video;

Just wondering why...what's going on?

 

I heard some stuff on Friday from one of my coworkers that may or may not be true. Given the location of the facility in question, it's probably true.
