Different symptoms but I cooked the motherboard in the oven for 10 minutes at 375 and got 2 more years out of the tv. Just haven't had time to cook it again. Search the internet for your tv model and problem. Might find something like I did.

I have a 55" TV that is starting to go - most times when I turn it on the lower half of the screen has light horizontal lines through it that make images and letters fuzzy. Then after a few minutes of warming up it's fine. I've tried a little "percussive maintenance" but that doesn't fix it. I'll just keep nursing it along until it dies - it's got to be 10 years old at this point.

Good morning to everyone in the Land of the Lockdown!

Since I have no children I know of with the amount of time closed does the home schooling count toward the mandatory days required per year

The whole year is lost talk about expensive .

The 180 day mandate has been waived by the Guvnah. My kid won’t have to make the days up and started online learning this week. Funny seeing him on conference calls the same time I am..... this year will count. For kids going into the sciences at the AP level I wonder if the rest of this year will really prepare them. I guess time will tell. Trying to keep an open mind as we all work thru this.

As I look out the window from my home office, I’ve seen multiple beer trucks rolling by,..

Looks like they’re getting ready for the next mad rush on the beer store down the street

Looking for a suggestion - this handle is coming off my cap, it looks like it was just glued on. Anyone know what type of glue is used on these, or doesnt it really matter?

If the glue failed over time, it is more than likely rubber or silicone based, as the VOCs (that keep them flexible) slowly out-gas from the temperature cycling. Be wary or urethanes as the solvent often removes paint.

I'm sure thats what caused it with the crazy temperature swings the inside of that bed experience.

This was my thoughts as well.

    thanks!

Looking for a talented Toyota tech to diagnosis and fix a negative fuel trim at idle issue on my 96 Tacoma. I’ve done everything I can to pinpoint the issue. No check engine light. I suspect a vacuum leak in the fuel pressure regulator line but I’m not an expert and not that confident with a wrench. Also need an evap and expansion value replaced. Thanks in advance if anyone can help or knows anyone in thePhiladelphia or surrounding area.
