    It's hard to beat. They'll kill it, cut it, and vacpack it for cheaper than I could buy the bags. Also I don't have to spend hours grinding it.

    Yep, same with ours. Plus it tastes better than store bought I think. We are still burning through some hamburger.

    I seriously considered fencing my yard and getting one. Get one in the spring and have it butchered in the fall. Also less mowing!

    Most literature suggests 1.5-2 acres of good pasture per cow.

    To get the best growing of Cow Critters the grain needs to be poured to them

    Big difference between Milking and Eating

    Big Toss up between Goats and Cows for being the worst

    My wife has been talking about chickens. At .75 acres we really do have the necessary space, however the township's code says you need at least 1 acre. :-\
