I had already cleaned up all the winter stuff too but that huge branch that killed the swing set made another big mess.

 

Custom by arcticelf. I don't like being like everyone else. I also had a couple things I wanted added that wasn't offered in a prebuilt rack package.

I've burnt a ridiculous amount of sticks and brush. Mostly from the tornado last year that wasn't essential to get to. I wanted to get it before green up, and it all getting tangled in live stuff though. Hoping the cleanup from this is minimal, but still have two dead Ash trees I refuse to cut until they come down naturally.

 

Yes, it was low quality, range was roughly 1000 yds, was so surprised that I didn't think to take a picture when I first saw it.

Had actually been outside to see the smaller birds, as there was quite a chorus at the time, mostly house wrens, but we also have Cardinals, Goldfinches, Blue Jays, and Starlings as one neighbor has a pin-oak and another has a few sycamore.

The local murder of crows tend to only pass through in the morning.

I believe that they are red-tailed, as the only one that rarely hangs out on the roof rack of my taco is a juvi, and that makes it tough to identify properly unless they stretch their wings.

Way too small to be turkey-buzzards, and we see them all the time hunting the ridges. Nearest families are a group of six that definitely have a nest about 450 yds north of my place.

The wind was from the north yesterday, which is rare, and I am guessing that they were taking advantage of it as it popped over the ridge.

Definitely an uncommon sighting. Hopefully I can remember to take some pics when they are closer, to put the matter to rest.

LOL... I have been washing my hand so much...

 

I'm up above the tree line, too - in the northeast corner of Lackawanna County by the State Park.

 

Yeah I can't get much use out of it right now, but have found a couple local spots. If I didn't come that weekend it would've been months! And likely I would've sourced a local fabricator. Not that they would've known what I wanted, and that would've been a nightmare.

Did a shed clean out today and I have multiple things people may be interested in I’ll take pictures if there’s any interest. All four flares (Ssm) sb great condition, Trd air box 2007 less than hundred miles like new, roof rain gutter rubber double cab.2015 off road upper ca’s front coilovers complete and rear shocks all these have roughly 750 miles on them. Will take reasonable offers not trying to make a killing
