Incase anyone needs any last minute birthday gift ideas for me...preferably frost green but I'm not picky, it can be multi color and rusty. Oh and no title or vin plate needed, I still have them from my first car. 1969 Chevy Camaro ZL1 COPO ever bought for $750 back in '98.

Or a 1970 Ford Torino would be sweet. 2nd car I bought a couple months later for $2,300 I had Cragar SST's on it, put the Keystone Classics on before I traded it even up for a 1971 Chevy Nova SS. Miss these cars.

    Look on the bright side.
Nature is just making room for your path forward, and you now have space for a volleyball, badminton net, patio, pool, larger garage, or whatever you want.
The nudge might be temporarily uncomfortable, but the future is limitless.

    Dont we all?

Reminds me of the father's day tornado from last year. The kids got a new swing set from that as well. Glad to see nothing more serious was damaged.

We are doing a roof this weekend, start at 7 AM. Luckily I live in the middle of nowhere so won't be disturbing any neighbors. Gotta beat the heat though. When we do them in town we start at 8, and people are definitely not impressed.

I think I'd snap a little bit. I sleep during the day Mon-Wed and that would generally piss me off. Most of my neighbors are retired and insist on mowing every other day, glad it's air conditioner season to block the noise a little bit. Although it does make it easier to realize it's normal day to day activities. I have a motion light on the garage and several times its gone off a night and I was out there in underwear wielding a shotgun for a stupid opossum or the neighbor taking out their dog. We still don't talk to each other...

Haven't seen this one, but generally we don't do much steeper than 9/12. Those are only for a select group of close friends as well. Roof jacks were common in high school, but we're old and fat now. 12 square, so not huge not small. Unfortunately the weather isn't going to cooperate, so we can't start Friday not with year down and prep. It's always nice to hit the ground running Saturday morning.

    Morning folks :typing:.

I am leaning that way Homer, but the clutch knee is getting close to replacement(damn old age syndrome).

If you need a hand, let me know . I was wondering if you lost power as well as any tree damage. I was on my way to the Vet yesterday afternoon and driving down Bristol past Second Street Pike, there were several trees down and plenty of various size branches. Fortunately none on the road. Take care and if you need a hand, let me know. I'll bring the Troegs:D.

Worked off roof jacks many times. Working 3 and 4 stories up even on walkable roofs I liked the security of jacks. One nice thing about doing a roof in the spring and summer was kept me slim:). Just be safe up there and hydrate. Enjoy.

Just had quarter to ping pong ball sized hail that lasted over 10 minutes. Haven't scoped damage out yet... Woke me up in a friggin panic as it was quite loud on the metal roof.
