    Good morning ladies and gentlemen, I’m looking into moving from Florida to Pittsburgh, and was wondering what type of changes I’d need to make to my Tacoma to make it legal there. As you may know, Florida has no inspection so the only thing you really get dinged for is tint being too dark.
    I’ve read something about covers on off-road lights, and tires can’t stick out past the fenders?

    You’ll have to paint the truck black with a yellow stripe down the middle, add a white circle with three stars inside the circle (to the passenger side only)

    I've started to see the skinny tires with extended wheels look here.
    Agreed. Just make sure your brake pads (bonded) are greater than 2/32" thick. Riveted can be 1/32" above the rivet head. Otherwise you should be golden.
