Glad I don't have neighbors like that. I've got some projects sitting until I get a shed built and stair to the upstairs of the garage. Then storage can commence again.

AOAA in 2 weeks, archery started Saturday. Time to get my shit together.

Question for any Pennsylvania LEOs, especially current or former state troopers...

Was driving on 422 in Montgomery County and there was a silver Ford Explorer in the left lane; It looked like an undercover/unmarked police SUV, and had had radio antennas, but it had a normal PA plate (non-municipal i.e. a passenger plate)...

This guy was too slow and I was already in the right lane so I went around him and got in front...

Immediately, his red and blue lights came on, and I turned on my hazards and prepared to pull over. As soon as I got in the right lane, his lights went off and he roared past me...

I have a bunch of prop-police stuff on my tailgate and rear window; Was this a real cop who decided to give me a break, or some douchebag who bought a Police Interceptor at auction?

What threw me off was that the Explorer had passenger plates; I have dashcam footage of the encounter as well...

My neighbor is a former Philly cop; He informed me that yes, state police vehicles sometimes have normal passenger plates, and based on what I described to him it seems like this was a real cop...

I live on a dead end road and it seems unusually often when I decide to have an outdoor whiz someone comes driving by just about mid-whiz... Busted!

Any Philly area peeps have a recommendation on a good dealership to get the frame inspection/CRC coating done. I’ve been procrastinating because I have a distrust of car dealerships as a general rule lol...

*also, I understand they have to take part of the truck apart to apply the coating. any recommendations on mods/part replacements I should look into and see if I can get it done for free labor since they’re already taking it apart?
