I have to qualify this response as my daughter is a Physical Therapist. I'm 61 and broke my ankle in 3 places this past summer. I took my PT very seriously as breaking a leg at 61 is way different then 21 . Don't overdo it but follow directions. I'm back to about 95% now and only because I kept at it. Good luck!

what's everyone's thoughts on guide tours at AOAA/Rausch? Considering doing a green tour at AOAA on the 1st, but not sure if it's right for me or not. I'm afraid I'll either be in over my head (truck is stock except for 2" eibach lift, unless my sliders/skids come in before then) or it'll get boring. Anyone else do one of these for green?

If it costs extra money it's totally not worth it. Last time TW was there I just rode around solo anyway.

I wouldn't bother with a guided ride, greens are pretty stock friendly at AOAA. Some of the greens at RC you'll want an IFS skid for.

I agree, you should be fine although some of the trails are narrow and sliders can be useful there...just take it slow and use a spotter when you need to. Have fun!

I am home hurt still waiting to know if Friday is a day off.

He always waits to the last minute to let us know so it is impossible to make plans in advance
