Still getting used to it; rolled over exactly 700 miles as I parked in my driveway. There's a couple nuances that bother me that unfortunately are going to require a dealer visit, but aren't a "life or death" matter. Over all happy with the purchase! Still can't wrap my head around that it's the most expensive vehicle I've owned to date.

 

The fabulous IH engines, these were true medium duty truck engines in a Scout or pick up, even the thermostat outlet was cast iron.
IH had great mechanicals, they just never devoted any attention to rust proofing.

2nd week of physical therapy and goin good. Got rid of the crutches last week. Not sure about work though, talking about maybe being able to go back in a few weeks for sit down worknot much sit down work in the tree trimming biz lol. Just nice to be able to be getting around better

hey peoples. so after an absolute shite year (pandemic, gf lost her job, then became an ex gf, and upcoming move (Philly to Phoenixville), i've been tinkering with my truck & guns more to take mind of the day to day chaos. I'm basically starting from zero financially since being a single income house hold since march, and paying for a new place drained any savings. last think i did was put in the rago fab center console. def looking to replace my winch soon, add a snorkle and look into some bed rack options.

 

That's good news. Don't rush it, one wrong twist or turn you're right back to square one. I had two meniscus surgeries on same knee, both times was out for roughly six weeks. Good luck.

 

Did dealer sell your trade? I don't see it on their website.

 

Yup, must have sold it within the last day or two as I've been tracking it. Ironically they were asking more than what I paid for it at the same dealer over a year and a half ago. That said it was in 100x better shape then when I bought it.

 

Thanks. Taking as easy for sure but starting to go crazy just not be able to do much. They say 3 months till the ACL replacement mends to the bone then 6 months till totally healed. Already missing winter trout fishing but hopefully be ready for the spring

 

Well had one of those calls this morning. Future DIL who is expecting had a Doc appointment yesterday with the Physicians Assistant. This morning actual Doctor calls her and instructs to head directly to York hospital for surgery. On their way now. Asking for prayers from my fellow Pennsylvanians please.
