Mine is about a 20 minute drive into plenty of traffic and the one with a subscription in my area (may be the same one as pittim?) usually has vehicles backed up onto the road waiting to get in. I removed my outdoor faucet a few years ago when I renovated. I never had the desire to run new plumbing for another. Now, with my new truck I am motivated. I plan on getting one of those frost proof faucets and then wash my truck in my own driveway when the weather permits. I can't see why that can't be most days that are above freezing and clear. I have a shammy and a box of micro towels, and a garage to place it in after washing. I would think it will work fine. I am just waiting for the weather to break to do it.

Me on washing my truck: i'll probably total it before it rusts out anyway.

I'll spray it off in the spring. They've been salting nearly daily so it's a waste of time.

That's what mud puddles are for.

    Also solves the dakar squeak.

87D5C07C-6D6C-46F0-9EAE-B3386DB9A224.jpg I stopped using this type of car wash years ago when my buddy mentioned how he went through one with a bungee cord stretched between two tie downs in the bed of his truck and came out without that bungee cord. I just kept imagining that bungee cord being stuck in those long material wash bands hanging down and scratching the paint out of every car that went through after him. I have only used Brushless car washes since.

I was under the truck over the weekend, looked almost brand new. No major rust anywhere. I swear by the undercarriage wash.

Closest one to me is 15 miles away - no monthly subscription available. $12 a whack if I want the undercarriage sprayed. I wish we had something like yours available even the subscription at that price would be worth it.

    Good morning fellow Pennsyltuckyvanians!!!

We got 5" of snow yesterday - plowed it off about 1 in the afternoon. Wet and heavy. Ok, I am really ready for summer, now.

Off to the retinal specialist this morning - getting old sucks....but it beats the alternative.

    Stay safe!!

I dread those trips to the retina specialist. Dilation and then a probe of the eyes. Here's to a painless and news free exam.
