Took advantage of the warm (but cloudy) weather here and cleaned out and washed the truck. Man, I love this thing!! We lost power twice so far this afternoon. The winds are really picking up.

Oh, and it's Front End Friday.

I made a whiskey sour just because I've never had one.

..I'm not sure about my decision.

Buying a used Honda self propelled mower tomorrow... 200.00. See what it looks like first. From the pictures it’s looks brand new..... it’s for brother Joe to add to his fleet of mowers. I gave him a free to me Honda mower last year but filled the holes in the deck with some spray foam and sealer!! Lasted him the season! Haha but it’s getting dangerous.... engine starts one pull!! Deck is junk.

Freaking trash cans in the middle of the road!!! Hit one as a car made it come my direction but I did slow up enough to not cause damage but the traffic is so bad the truck along side of me ran it over and wedged under his front bumper o_O

Trash cans all over the driveway. Thankfully the trash was collected before they started blowing. Neighbors recycling stuff is all over. They never pick it up. When I have to pick it up, I throw it in their yard.

That's what I do. It's theirs after all. Just returning what's rightfully theirs back to them.

hello neighbors!! Ohioan here. Architecture nerd, and am planning on visiting Falling Water possibly this summer. Any hints on some cool camping spots near that part of the state? Will also have my mountain bike with me so riding spots would also be cool...

Falling Water is only about 15 minutes from Ohiopyle, which is a popular hub for hiking, biking, rafting/kayaking, fishing, and camping. Although it does get very crowded and a bit "touristy" during the summer... still a very cool place to go! Kentuck Knob is also in that area - another Frank Lloyd Wright attraction. Also Christian Klay Winery is a good spot if you're into that! A few good pubs and casual places to eat there too. Definitely a great place to spend a few days!

    Ever run across this?

Got it in a random liquor store near Cleveland... it was fantastic! Also one of best labels I've ever seen on a bottle of bourbon!

Good morning fellow Pennsyltuckyvanians!! That wind was howling last night!!

Lynn and I had our weekly Zoom Happy Hour with my sister and brother-in-law who live in Michigan - drink of the night for me was Gin and Tonics made with Gunpowder Gin; Lynn had Cucumber Martinis. We've been doing the weekly Happy Hours for about a year now - amazing how we can still fill 2 hours with laughter.

Looks like we are heading for the unavoidable early April cooler temps next week. These last few days have me ready for the warmer days. I think I'll push the field mower around a bit more today.

    Stay safe out there!

I believe Ohiopyle State Park allows for camping:
    https://www.dcnr.pa.gov/StateParks/FindAPark/OhiopyleStatePark/Pages/default.aspx
I don't camp, but I have visited Ohiopyle Sate park for a day, the last time being about 3 years ago when I went to visit Falling Water. It's an amazing place, especially for its day.
