Luckily for me the Camry takes the exact same housing and filter. Even torqued properly they can be a bugger. I have one of those Motivx filter tools that makes it somewhat easy. Definitely have to use that 1/2" drive 27mm socket to take it off though. Having both vehicles taking the same filter and oil makes stocking filters and oil. I just ordered a 3 5qt pack of oil from Wal-Mart without even stepping in the store. That and my FedEx guy knows to put it on the back porch. It does help I know the guy from work and he lives in my town...

The filter tool is definitely necessary. I can't imagine trying to do it without.

Sometimes the drain plug on the filter housing comes out for me, sometimes I make a small mess (with steady hands you don't spill much anyway). I don't bother fighting it.. takes more time to worry about it than it does to clean up.

Yea that tool is a life-saver! Bought it to use on the Camry after the free oil changes were over with. That housing was stuck on there good! I don't believe the lube guy put it on there too tight as the drain plug wasn't over-torqued at all. The housing is a bugger to remove even when I put it on there. Something with the o-ring design I believe. I love how people bitch about it on the 3rd gen sub forum. Like dudes, get over it

It's called o-ring drag. Deal with it all the time pulling cylinders apart.

I did a search yesterday and the closest place that sells it is apparently a Giant Eagle in Warren, OH.

My step son finally had some time to put the frost proof hydrant in. I thought I had the hole dug deep and wide enough, but I had to enlarge it to be able to crimp the water line onto the hydrant. After some adjustments to the hole, things worked out.

awesome!! I have looked at Ohiopyle before as a stop on the GAP/CO Canal trail, which i plan on riding at some point in the next few years.

We would possibly do the Falling Water trip in the fall, or late summer to avoid the crowds, and hopefully catch some cooler temps. If we can hit 2 FLW places, and get some cool camping in that would be bonus!!

No clue. It just shows on their website the closest place to purchase it. Maybe @DanMan611 can answer that.

I started using Facebook marketplace a couple weeks ago even though I do hate Facebook in general. I just bought a TRD skid plate and installed it, then saw TRD skid plate listed today. Figured it might be of interest to one of you.

Edit: I see the status was updated to pending. I hope it is one of you TW guys that gets it.

It was $40 for a 750mL bottle at the liquor store near Cleveland. My go-to bourbon is Four Roses and the Smokin bourbon was a touch smoother with even better (smokey) flavor!
Lately, I've been thinking about getting an electric smoke gun to add that campfire flavor to food and cocktails. Although it's pretty easy - and much more dramatic - to do it the old fashioned way by torching some wood chips on a cocktail strainer on top of your whiskey glass, like they do at Industry Public House. If you haven't experienced their "smokestack" cocktail, I highly recommend it!
