That's gonna be a crapshoot in itself. Fitzgerald only has 1 Tundra, but it is a Trail. Younger only has 2, both are higher end models. Fiore in Altoona (local for me I recon) doesn't even have any Tacoma's or Tundra's... Wow, I didn't realize it was this bad. o_O

You are only one man Adam. If you need help, management can pull on a set of white coveralls and boots, jump in and help. Ever get the 'we are a team' speech? Well are we?

Trail edition is what I am after in AG. Heritage and Rahal both have one. Waiting to hear back. Koons did have a nice SR5 in cement with premium convince package which we were negotiating on but not at $3800 over MSRP. Up my trade 4K and we'll talk. Edit: My woman wanted me to take it home...she's not happy with me @ the present time. LOL

That's one of those days where you find a nice quiet corner and turn the radio off. Bring some tools and greasy rags to make it look like you are doing some work.

Toyota in Hamburg, PA has a couple as well. They have an AG, but looks to be just an SR5. I think Devious6 bought his truck from there. If nothing pans out, well I guess you could visit Cabella's or Cigars International; they're right in the area. I haven't been there in a good while, might need to load up and hit the road...

Ok I better stop this, it's making me look creepy. That and it looks like we're getting you in potential hot water

A new rack & pinion is about $600 from NAPA, less from Rock Auto. I don't know how much labor is involved, perhaps a good independent shop could get the repair cost down a bit.

It’s a bitch of a job to do it this way. I’d make sure a quality part goes in

Haha that's a good mentality. Every supervisor I've had is the best at having something more important to do when work comes around.

I've established some rapport with my guys. They know if there's a problem they can't fix, I can fix it. If they fuck up, I'll back them up in public and kick their ass in private.

I don't believe in make-work. If there's nothing to be doing for 15 minutes then I won't care if you're screwing off in the shop. If the floor is down and you're screwing off in the shop we have a problem. I don't do wild goose chases, they get clear, concise tasks and I'll answer as many questions as necessary to get them to the finish line.

Edit: Today came in at 18500 steps, not actually that bad.
