I'm a kayak guy.. Native Watercraft Ultimate 12. Maybe we can get together at some point..bet it'd be a blast.

Love fishing from the yak vs a boat.
I heard about Leisure, never checked it out.. will have to add to the list.

These ponds, do you drop the yak in there as well, or just hit from shore? Need permission to fish?
I'm a catch and release guy.. unless camping.

Did a small cookout for the sister and her two kids, my mother, and grandmother. Tinkered with the Talon again a little bit, more cleaning! Engine bay is now mostly clean. Still a little more degreasing on the engine itself, but the stuff I had didn't cut it all. Speaking of the Talon, I just realized its been 8 weeks since I bought it and no title has come yet. So it looks like first a trip to the notary that did the paperwork and then possibly make the 1.5hr trip to Harrisburg. The thing is the car is old enough to where they couldn't do the paperwork on the computer and had to use a physical Penndot form. As of now the tag I have on there is still registered to the GTI o_O I know I should be patient, but I need to get this thing on the market before I keep spending money on it cause I'm bored

Also bought some of the Griot's 3 n 1 Ceramic wax to try on the Tacoma. The Turtle Wax stuff did pretty good, but is starting to fade off after 5 months. Got to do a serious iron decon first; looking pretty rough. Nothing like smelling like rotten eggs the rest of the day. I'd like to get it done tomorrow, but looks like rain is gonna put a damper on it...

I wasn't thinking tick bite and by the time the bullseye (probably) appeared I was sick with symptoms of the other one -- erlichliosis. I went in the first time for that, they treated the symptoms and sent me home. I never mentioned tick bite and neither did they. I saw it in the mirror the next day, and the day after that I was back at the ER.

EDIT: No, I never knew the tick had been on me. Fun fact: they have to be on you for 36 HOURS or more. Ugh.

I heard that. I did and feel the same.
That said, the next parent who reaches our stage in life with no regrets will be the first.

    :101010: Great picture John.

I definitely missed a lot with shift work as well Scott. But in the end, my kids gave me some terrific Grand kids:thumbsup: of which the oldest is 21 :frusty:. Boy does that make me feel old. Missed a lot of school programs, sports games and birthday parties but Thankfully I had the opportunity to do all that with the grand kids . Life is good.

    :amen: to that Kevin.

    Good morning fellow Pennsyltuckyvanians!!!

Yesterday's weather was crappy until about 4 when the clouds began to clear and then.....magnificence. Lynn and I crewed a hot air balloon flight and it was absolutely glorious.

Probably cut some grass today and then hit the pool.

The crew life can be filled with waiting. But you also get a lot of glorious moments.
