I enjoy a good local beer, but I have my limits.

 

I have a buddy who swears blueberries were brought here by aliens. "What other food do you know that is blue???" he says.

"Uhm, indian corn?"

"Oh. Yeah. Well. Besides that!"

 

Coffee and those belvita breakfast bars work well

 

Gonna have to try out those bars then.

 

Our daughter lives in Tennessee and we have been dog sitting while they are on vacation. The weather here has been hot. The heat index has been 103/105. I love this weather, can take the heat, not the cold. Weather system came through last night, the temperature will only be in the upper 80’s next week. Going to spend another week here then head back to the burg. After this weather not looking forward to the lower temps back home.

 

One of my employees ate his raisin bran with coffee the other morning. He shit about 15 minutes later.

 

Keep the heat , we have a nice cool stretch coming up.

 

Yea its was beautiful this morning. At 430am it was 60. I can take that year round

 

Rain….getting nothing done today


Did pick up 6 new lawn mowers yesterday

 

So, I found a black ranch brand fiberglass cap available to purchase, but can’t decide if black on a red truck would look good or not. The guy is asking $550 for it. Thoughts?

 

You can't go wrong at that price. You could try it and if you don't like the black/red combo and don't want to paint the cap, you could always flip it and probably even make a few bucks.

 

Lazy day for me. Church, out to breakfast, now just swinging on porch swing enjoying the nice breeze.

Turned a 7000 sqft building with 14' high ceilings into a sauna today..

 

Oley BBQ yesterday was nice. Tried two of the places, "Sloppy 2nds" was one. Cannot recall the second one. Band was classic rock cover with a southern bent. Headed over the cabin afterwards to do some shootin'. My sister has a new Walther that she wanted to break-in. Chamber of Commerce weather!
Back at home in time to have a fire and wine on the deck with the lovely Mrs. 9mmMike. A perfect day.
Next Oley fair is the peach festival. Gonna try to make that one too.

 

It's currently the hummingbird grand prix outside on my deck. I may be up to 3 pairs now.
