Sitting on the couch waiting for this massive downpour …. Could/shoulda went to joes to mow grass he on vacation and I can hear the grass grow with this weather !!

 

I wanna know if I’m the only one that transports wood without a dump trailer …. I put half cord of wood in my 5x8 and the other half in the bed of my truck….

 

Poured here way up north, no mowing today. Going to be a mess when I get to them.

 

I hear it, see it and feel it… but it’s not on top of me yet

 

Already time for her yearly inspection and emissions tests?!

 

dump trailers are for lazy people. I use an overloaded 6x10 utility trailer and a short bed

 

That’s not actually a truck. The US government classifies the FERD fteenthousand
as 8 tanks…

Good morning fellow Pennsyltuckyvanians! The rain pretty much held off here until last evening - a few showers off and on during the day but light. Got the stable buttoned up - waiting on the clap boards. I have some work to do inside that will keep me busy and the contractor will come back when the boards are in.

Good morning Keystone state I'm going to need a hay baler when I mow ...

 

Good morning all! Hopefully none of you have any serious damage from last nights storms. Friend of mine in York area had his basement flood. Really sucks as he'd just put in laminate flooring last summer after the past few years it had remained dry so I guess he hoped revised storm drainage recently installed near him might have finally solved that little problem. Pics his g/f posted on FB last night showed water in their street up to near the tops of the tires on his work van.

 

Was thinking the same thing lol.

 

I empty my rain gauge after each rain. Last evening when I checked it, it had 3 inches of rain within. That's just for yesterday. Freddie sure was wet. I cut my grass on Saturday and it is just abut ready for another cut after all this rain.

 

Did you get a deluge as well?

 

We got a good soaking rain but probably less than 2 inches. Don't have a gauge. For some reason you seem to be getting the brunt of the precipitation this year.
