Thought about it, and can, but figured I'd try this route first in case someone had a side biz.
Don't mind paying for a service and my work schedule is crap through the end of the year.

    Just easier I suppose.

Morning Pa! Going to be a great day! Church, then stop in my Son's home a visit with Baby Addie, then headed to the Apple Harvest Festival if the rain holds off. Happy Sunday all! 244569738_4170171936438381_5049430317562_d211f24ca42de8dfc930036085e4743b72309b59.jpg

It's hard to believe that the ground is this wet in October. The weather predictors say it's going to be a wet winter - not necessarily snowier, just wetter - in my part of the state. Given the weather for the last year or so, I would not be surprised.

Finished up the week yesterday with a 3+ acre lot. Not a normal customer, but she has an absolute gorgeous property. 79CC814F-521B-486F-B9E6-4D6F80CF0449.jpg

I'm not very mechanically inclined, anything else I should look out for from the tree impact? I'm going to check shocks to make sure they aren't leaking and leaf springs. No new vibes or anything like that.

You're supposed to gap them very precisely using a feeler gauge, but a match pack works in a pinch. (If you can find one these days...)

Feeler gauge gets you close, dwell meter for the fine tune.

The old GM point distributor caps have a metal window that lifts up, there is an Allen head adjuster on the point set, all you need to do is turn the Allen and watch the dwell meter. E-Z!

My second job at the Halloween store is in Warrington, and I took the morning shift instead of the afternoon shift so I can go to a car show in Quakertown...

Let's hope that the rain stays here in Central Bucks and doesn't find its way to Upper Bucks, otherwise I will have swapped shifts for nothing!

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
That would make a fine pasture for horses.

The last domestic car with breaker points was about 1974 if that helps.

The young and Dumb days if I did not put out at least 500 Horse power not enough to drive on the street

I think it was around 1989 when I sold the last Big Block Camaro The saving grace was not near the traffic back in those days.

My young and dumb days were also poor -- I could only afford as much horsepower a $100 would buy... :sadviolin:
