Hey Adam, bring the talon here in my driveway with a 'for sale' sign in her. The amount of traffic passing by, thing will sell quickly. No joke.

That's a very gracious offer Doug! I have a friend that lives over on Race Track Rd that gets a bunch of traffic as well and she offered the same thing. The logistics with my work schedule makes it pretty unfeasible though. That and I'm pretty sure it'll drop your property value by 30K  I'm kinda set on cutting out the rust, fixing it, and probably slapping a quick single stage paint job on it. Something to tinker with this winter.

Probably would have broken it during the pour, from the sounds of this crew.

the wuhan flu has struck again. It was probably around then, maybe just not by me. Feels like a decade of being trapped home.

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
I do forget at times many people can`t drive down off the hill to see views like this every day.

Like anything else it just becomes normal like when someone Lets a 30 round magazine go on full auto even though they know they should not be doing it 400 yards away

Good to install even if you never go to Radiant Heat .

Nothing like that nice warm concrete in the winter

Having a Water and Electric line roughed in might have been a good idea if it was not done.

radiant heating, even if you don’t plumb it up it’s a great thing to do because you only get one chance before the concrete goes down, I put down around 1750 feet in my shop
