the 12 valve was their best engine in my opinion, with the 24 valve to follow. The 5.9 was one of the most simple reliable engines to maintain. Keep the oil filled and punch it, minus the “killer dowel pin”. If you haven’t seen this episode of roadkill I’d suggest you watch, it brought a smile to my face :)

Our family has suffered a lot of loss lately too. Counting immediate family of ours, and immediate family of dear friends, we're at six -- and I think that number is going to be going up soon. Long way of saying that you have my complete understanding and condolences. It's been a hell of a year.

I was surprised to see FedEx delivering today. But pleasantly surprised by what they brought me. Hope to get an appointment in the next week to get these installed.

FedEx home delivery delivers 7 days a week, and ground I think 6 days. They did that a couple years ago if I remember correctly. They pretty much run 24/7 now, I should know as I maintain their conveyor equipment :D

These are the new 16x8 that Factory Style Wheel release a couple weeks ago. I contemplated 17" for awhile and decided on these so I could continue to use my brand new tires that came on the truck.

This was FedEx Ground; which I understand are all contractors. Given the current climate in the supply chain world, I shouldn't have been surprised to see them today. Even as the USPS is getting its name dragged through the mud, carriers in my area are getting routes split and are getting overtime hours.

Delivery trucks are indeed are contractors. They started the round the clock sorts a couple years ago (even before the "current situation") and has been super busy since. Good and bad for me I guess
