Sometimes life throws curve balls, it’s all how you handle that curve ball man. Had many ups and downs in the last 3 months and I think it’s starting to be less of an up and down curve. My marriage will end up with a divorce. Just gotta do right for our 2 boys (14)-(16) . It really took a toll on me fellas. I have an amazing support group around me whose really been my life line. I never would of known this would of taken me out like it did.

Anyway, I’m working on slowly gettingback into what I’ve been missing in life now and trying to find myself and take care of the boys.

Depression and anxiety that I fought was scary. The lack of sleep, rest, brain doesn’t shut down while your body is worn out exhausted trying to sleep …. Insomnia. Fought it all and still fighting some but in lesser amounts.

Iv been seeing a pastor for counseling who has been amazing!! Guiding me into ways of thinking of how god needs me to think and take control of what I cancontrol. My boys need there father to be healthy enough to take care of them… damn straight they do fellas! When you fight with yourself, sometimes you think it’s easier to take the easy way out….. don’t think this way. Find help! To make you realize that what’s important in your life really needs you to stand tall andtake a positive direction in life and make it right again!

One day at a time, one hurdle at a time, to much at one time will make you wantto jump off that cliff you’ve been hanging onto

Rusty has been with me through this event in my life since about day 1 and he’s told me who I was all through this. All the ups and downs and he never let me get down on myself. He always, always had something positive to share with me. @RustyGreen how does one repay someone that’s walked this tight rope with me. Thank you rusty . You have a big heart and a long life friend.

Took the truck for a drive this evening to see how well the Christmas lights stayed secure; Drove to New Hope and across the bridge to Lambertville. Power was totally out in Lambertville, including the traffic lights; I'm guessing the high winds we had earlier today had something to do with it, and when I got home and told my parents, my dad told me that New Hope had lost power as well...?

We did not lose power in Warrington Township and in fact I napped through the worst of the storm; Did anyone else in Southeast Pennsylvania, specifically the Bux-Mont area, lose power?

Good morning friends, feels like a great day to be alive! Slept well for a change. Going to try to watch church online this morning, then helping move someone that’s in need of help. Not sure what’s after this. Relax? Have a maple tree that needs to be cut and hauled for someone. Yes I still try to do things for people, this helps me find myself and reassures me that im coming out of this as a better person.

Hope you fellas enjoy your day. Im certainly going to try

I'm currently stationed in Bahrain (active duty Navy) but had a conference in DC last Wed, Thur and Fri. Jumped on Amtrak Friday night after the conference ended and spent a long weekend of leave with my wife and son in Huntingdon Valley. Flew back to Bahrain on Tue, arriving Wed night. Still struggling to adjust to the time but the trip was worth it just to see the family. I've been out here for 16 months and have another 9 or 10 to go before I transfer back to the Philly area (fortunately that was guaranteed to me when they ordered me out here). I've spent a lot of time away through the years during sea duty but nothing to this extent. We're getting through it but it hasn't been easy. Anyway, it was great to get home last weekend and see the family, see the fall colors and work around the yard and house. Also great to drive the truck and be able to make a few Lowe's/Home Depot runs and live like a normal person for a few days. My 2019 just hit 7,500 miles. Hard to put miles on it when you're 7,000 miles away...lol.
