Glad to read it! My mom ended up with the same thing, while her husband ended up with Covid, full blown cough, aches, sleeping, everything. And I went insane with no signs or symptoms and a positive test.

Not sure if you’re a vitamin person, but Elderberry Max is what I think helped keep me from getting anything beyond a sneeze. I doubled up on it and have since dropped to one a day. It’s a powder that makes a fizzy drink. Another thing is green tea and honey.

Good morning friends! I find myself sitting at bars meeting new people. I’m fascinated with just talking to anyone that wants to hold a conversation at the bar. No matter male or female, bartender or just a bar mate. I’ll say most have been females but it’s all in good fun.

Hope we all enjoy our Tuesday!

Figured I'd try it out just ordered the elderberry max. My older sister should be getting off queuntine on Thanksgiving she said the her covid only affected her smell and taste. She works at a bmw dealership a total of 7 employees there all got it. Apparently she got it from work.

Came home today to seeing a box that said donation on it on the front porch. Called the church that delivered it asking if it was delivered to the wrong house they literally said if you don't want it just throw it out. I was blown away it had alot of of stuff like everything to make a Thanksgiving meal and dessert. A 15lb turkey. Called around asking if anyone would need it. Dropping it off to a family across town single mother with 4 kids.
Just absolutely blown away that they said just throw it away. You can't make this shit up. Just happy I found someone that really needs it. We are not doing anything this year for Thanksgiving my mother is going for surgery tomorrow on her foot so I'll be helping her for the next couple of days.

I’m 90% that it came home with the Stepdad. Someone from his Bible study was “sick” and his signs and symptoms showed up before my moms sinus infection he just failed to inform us.

yeah I really only drink water, coffee and tea, just depends on the time of day and weather. But green tea when sick, and miso soup are my go to when sick.

@Tatts521 something else is Melatonin, I forget which I got, I already had ordered it after talks with my coworkers on how to manage flip flopping weekly between nights and days. The melatonin helps also with the Cytokine storm that starts a few days into covid. (Per my nurse sister… Which is well above my street medicine skills).

    Good morning fellow Pennsyltuckyvanians!!

First sub-20 deg morning here this year - hanging at 16F right now. That will make heading out to the hot tube extra fun this morning!!! The coldest I've gone out to get in the tub was -11 so +16 is a piece of cake.

    Be safe out there!!
