You could control by a photocell, timer, or switch. They are dimmable, have these in my carport. Switchable light color dip switch right on fixure. If it were me. I would pull 3 #10s in with subfeed for garage, one switch in garage, one switch in existing home.

Sorry if it's already been asked, but does anyone know of a good place in the Delco/Philly/Bucks region to get fluid film applied before we get snow this year? I'd do it myself, but I've been working 16 hours/6 days a week for the last year+, and just don't have the time.

are you getting any openers for them? I initially decided not and added later. The lift master jackshaft openers are awesome. And you can add them to wifi for when you forget to close them after you leave the house

Good afternoonish gents. Well my 6 day work week turned into working 7days straight. Which I don't mind. Should have a nice pay check next Friday. Then 6 days next week. After that it goes back to being a normal 5 day week.

 

I paid the premium for the jackshaft model on one of my doors, because I needed the overhead clearance. Couldn't justify the cost for the other two. They all show up on my phone though. Can't say that I've looked at them since about a month after I got it all set up though to be honest.

 

i believe paid around $500 for the pair back in 2017. Prices have since doubled when searching recently. My attached garage is a standard chamberlain chain driven one that was there when I bought the house, but I upgraded the control panel to connect to the myQ app. The two I got for my shop are the lift master 8500s and work awesome.

The guys replacing our bridge poured the deck supports yesterday - they are still working from 6:30 AM until 4 PMish.
