Today was mulch day, kubota made easy work of it! Also repaired a shutter that had a few broken fasteners

My spare HVAC control board came in today and was placed in the shelf next to the furnace for that day when it will be needed

Tomorrow might fix my leaking pinion seal on the ford.

:hattip: Thank you! Always nice to have a neighbor that takes care of the yard, I wouldn’t mind it! :D. Next on my to do list is refinish my back screened in porch, it’s in need of major repair. The previous homeowner special jobber didn’t hold up to the elements very good.

    Good morning fellow Pennsyltuckyvanians!!

I cut down a tree and more brush yesterday morning, then spent the afternoon cutting grass and picking up the cuttings. The new set-up with the string trimmer mounted on the Zero Turn is great - having it right there gives me incentive to use it.

I'm going to vacuum the pool this morning.

Yea I don't get there every time. When I do its around 6:30pm 7:00pm and by that time the lot is full and we have to park way on the other side. Also some times we just take the mustang.

    Good morning folks!

Flew back into Philly last night to grab the Taco and drive south to WV. When I got to the garage I found my tailgate down (something I would never do/ leave that way, so I figure someone was either just being a :censored: or they were trying to grab my tailgate and dash but found out between the slow open piston and the locking device, my tailgate requires at least 10 minutes and two different tools to remove.

If you haven't already, make sure to secure your tailgate in some way!

    Good advice.
I have a SaBellCo tail gate lock on mine. It was my first "mod". I do not even lock my tailgate as I do not have a cap or cover to stow things in there anyway. Just a couple boxes that I take out if the truck will be parked anywhere sketchy.
