The dew point here was 73 degrees when I walked the dog about an hour or so ago. It was just a miserable walk for me.:(

I spent hours taking things out of the basement and garage (not as much) into the driveway to "air out." Then spent a few hours doing yard work, hadn't cut the grass in weeks. Chopped down a little tree and hacked off some of the Laurel branches to open up light on the front porch slab. It was miserable shoveling water off of it during the downpour.

Got everything back in around 10pm, got a nice long shower and ate dinner. Spent Sunday chillaxin' and resting sore muscles

I've had a filling that fell out months ago and since it didn't hurt let it go. Pretty much a quarter of the tooth missing at this point (wore away from eating?). Now the past two weeks been having tooth ache and trying to get a dentist that works with my plan. odd times and with coworker having PTO some days schedules didn't work.

Basically take a steady regimen of acetaminophen to help but definitely need it filled, drilled, capped, or rooted (Oral Gel for certain times) :/

Ah man sorry to hear that. These summer down pours are extreme. Are u near streets run road , they get it bad in the valley and then that shallow creek over flows quickly. Terrible.

Back from dentist, it appears my gums near this tooth are receding slightly exposing the root nerve of the tooth, hence the sudden pain and sensitivity to cold. Switching to toothpaste for sensitive teeth to start and taking ibuprofen for now. Filling is intact and tooth itself not cracked or broken. He had me biting down on things and he tapped on the teeth and none of that bothered me at all. Shot cold air around the teeth and real quickly found the which one it was.

I have receding gumline too. The toothpaste takes a little while before it starts to help but it really will make a difference in the longer term.

Dewpoint is 71 degrees F. Above 65 it is considered to be "oppressively humid." In layman's terms -- it sucks.

Looks like we might get a break Wednesday, fingers crossed.

Thankfully no, and not near Hays either, I'm on top in Munhall (I always say if my area gets flooded the rest of the world is screwed :D )

Mifflin road is covered in dust leftover from the muddy runoff I'm guessing. seems odd what with the massive drain they put in a couple years ago

Glass run and Streets intersection is horrible when it rains too, really surprised no bad news from that, I've seen many a flood zone there

I was able to book an appt tomorrow morning myself, got in as a new patient for "emergency", thankfully they consider a broken tooth warranted

I am truly super happy with this 22 AG tacoma 6MT and never thought I would get here. It's the perfect vehicle. Every single gentle mod I wanted to do is done, and I am so pleased with the result.

Tacoma 6MT in AG with Technology package: $38766 MSRP. Paid MSRP.
    "Mods" Thus far:
Delete Air Dam: (the first and last and only free mod)
Tacoma License Plate Frame: $12 on ebay
Blackout Lettering: OEM Tacoma Parts $90 on ebay
Predator Tube Steps: $100 on craigslist
OEM Bed Mat: $100 at Baierl Toyota
    KDMAX Pro Tune: $500
2019 T4R Pro Sema Wheels in Gunmetal: $400 craigslist
    (4) Cooper Discoverer AT3 4S (SL) 32" skinnies: $1100 at Discount Tire (incl. warranty)
Paint Correction and 7 Year Kenzo Ceramic Coat: $1500
7year/100k mile Toyota Platinum Warranty: $1700

I sold my OEM wheels and tires for $800 on craigslist too.

    To do/to consider list:
    - Still need a Tonneau Cover. I spent $700 locally on a "new in box" Bakflip MX4 advertised as a gen3 tonneau cover. Gentlemen showed up in a Gen3 tacoma with a bed rack and said he never even tried using it. Well turns out, its a Gen2 MX4. So that's sitting in my garage because its 0.1" too long for my bed. didnt realize til I got home and tried installing.
    - I think I would like a short throw shifter. My other car is a subaru WRX (2011) and the shifting is so much more crisp in that car.
    - considering tinting the driver and passenger front windows to match the factory tint, but just for the look. Honestly I cant stand tint. Unsure.
    - plasti-dipping the paint matched fenders - might do this because I prefer the black unpainted fender look on the TRD ORs.

I had also written down potentially getting a cold air intake or Ripp Superchargers coilpacks, or even an exhaust. Anything to squeeze a few more ponies out of the truck. Anyone have any success with those? Okay this is a bigger post than I expected, may post it on main 3rd gen forum lol but I like the pennsylvania crew.

Wow. Small word, I was born in Munhall but moved when I was 6.
And you need a N95 mask going through Mifflin road now. I think I lost a few months off my life today aftervwork. At least they opened up the Homestead ramps ! Less traffic for me .

Days like this are fun, fighting an ammonia system all day that uses evaporative condensers to cool things.

Water doesn't evaporate so well in these conditions.
