Same place some of us have wheeled before - it's just getting organized now.

I welcome it - that place was getting trashed.

Idk I was looking at there master plan and it looked like the had both sides. The Whaleback was for motor vehicles and the other was for camping, hiking and horseback riding.

I hope you are right though.

That has been in the works for YEARS. Glad to see progress being made. Too many local crackers use it for a personal dump site.

Ya sharon is right on the Ohio line. I go fishing quite a bit up at pymatuning! There and Wilhelm and shenango obviously. Grew up more around Sandy lake or stoneboro. Nice to see I'm not the only one familiar with the area.

Nice. Me, the wife, and kids might be living at my place in Pymatuning for a little while this summer. We sold our house, and haven't found a new one yet. So its better than being homeless.

Yeah, I was up there a lot growing up. It really was a great place to be a kid. There is a few places around my place for sale. But a couple are way over priced IMO.

Ya its hard to believe some of the prices I've seen on houses considering the local economy around here.

Yep. There is one guy up there. He lives there along with his family, but has had a for sale by owner sign in front of the house going on 10 years now I'd say. LOL. I have no idea what he's asking and I guess he just DGAF when or if he sells it. It's actually pretty nice. He keeps it pretty well maintained. Some up for sale need a lot of work, and still seem to be asking a lot.

Around here prices have been pretty right on with the market, but I think up there atleast by me. Those are mostly summer type homes and I wonder if emotions play a role in the price. Meaning the owner thinks its worth more, due to the sentimental value.
