I grew up in Barkeyville! Still up that way all the time. I met some really great people around Sandy Lake.

Ya they seem high around here right in this area but I've heard Crawford County is alot more reasonable.

Yeah, certainly more reasonable then around a.built up area. Here's one by me for example, that I think is priced too high. http://hanna2go.com/property/detail/MeadvillePA/96979.aspx
It's been for sale for a while. It's nice, built by the carpenter who owns it. It was actually priced higher in the beginning. My in laws looked at it, but it does need a little work.

Thats a nice looking place I can understand why they were interested in it. 100k does still seem high to me too for only a half acre but atleast the pic makes it look very private. Right up my alley lol

That's wayyyyyy high I think. I paid less than that for my house and I'm on almost a half acre and 1400sq feet of living space

Yeah, its not as private as it looks. Other places next door. The one good thing is everyone is very friendly around there, and leave you alone if you choose.
Agreed. Specialy to think about part of that land is a "mound" (part of a poor drainage area septic system) so that takes up some yard space too.

I'm not real familiar with the area but I used to play Paintball out there. There isn't much lol. How's the local Amish farm sound? Lol I think there is a Burger King in town and maybe a small strip mall.
