I tell everyone every year once it hits the middle of May the year just flies by. Don't mind the earlier dark nights but hate the extreme cold of winter.

My wife has real issues with lack of daylight in winter and I must say, as I age, it bothers me now too. I feel so much more energized in the daylight.

Glad I don't have ToTers in this neighborhood.

Most of the kids go to the neighboring communities where there are big houses.

We're just a bunch of condos and townhouses where the occupants keep the porch light off and yell, "GET OFF MY LAWN" from the balcony.

Do you guys run those full spectrum lights in the winter? You know, the kind that pot growers use? ;)

That one to the roof of the mouth is a real eye opener. Only warning I got was “little pick” and then. Got me twice like that for the wisdom teeth.

Good morning PA. The wife and I went with our grandson to the home of one of his friend's last night. They had a nice spread of food - very generous of them - and then we went in a group to trick or treat. Not many kids this year. I felt badly for those who had to give out the treats, given the price of things.

While taking my morning walk with my dog I noticed the sun just over the horizon. I checked my phone. Sunrise is now 7:52 a.m., at least until we Fall back this weekend.

I met the owner of this 2002 PreRunner V6 yesterday. The truck has almost 200K miles but is mechanically sound and everything works. It runs and drives great. The A/C is cold and all accessories like the cruise control work, and it has a clean title.

Unfortunately, the passenger side of the frame is rotted out and the owner's mechanic informed him that it was not going to pass PA inspection. The owner was going to scrap it until I told him that he should sell; I assured him that I could find a good home for it on TW, so here ya go. He plans on getting rid of the the truck in January, and I have the owner's contact info for anybody is interest. The driver's side of the frame was repaired at a cost of about two grand back in 2015 or so, when the owner found out the hard way that he had missed the frame replacement period by about a year...

Could be a great project truck for someone, or still a daily driver since these monsters can go double that mileage. You can go crazy on this.
Wish I had the cash and time but with kids, grandkids ……oh yeah, the wife thingy, who is staring at me as I’m typing this.
Not saying she doesn’t trust me but….ok, yeah I’m saying that.
Sometimes I MAY have come home with some crazy stuff but hell, life’s lessons. Costly but still I had fun.
She didn’t agree. Don’t think she likes me having fun.
    Go figure.

I hear you, although being a morning guy, I prefer the daylight early. I like to get my walk in by 8 a.m. and that's hard to do if the sun doesn't come up until nearly 8 a.m.
