I'll be out that way next summer for sure. Trials national in ohio and I come through the city so I'll look you up. I've never been to Pittsburgh other than driving through.

Think so. There's a big clump of apartments owned by the same people that own Essex House right across from campus so I'm guessing they're there.

I feel your pain. I'm hoping to have my current projects wrapped up this summer/fall. Then the remodeling of the bathroom, laundry, and kitchen... Ouch says my wallet!

So after I dropped the leafs with Matt I went out and wandered around.

    I prefer "Single Destination Road"

This is the only tarry substance I could locate.

This is not the dead end you are looking for.

This is the dead end you are looking for.

Old Tar Road is extremely beginner friendly, 2wd the whole way. No ground clearance worries except for the whole driving over trees thing.

    Negro Hollow Road:

Well, this can only get better..!

    uc_dd132cf81ddf8df118840f3d8fe1021afce9cf02.jpg

This one is a bit.. rougher. Looks like the road got washed away at some point in the past.

    I was genuinely worried deep.

I'd say a 2-3 inch lift is a requirement for this trail, just given how deep some of the water is without it having rained lately. I run sliders but they didn't actually hit at any point, though an unlifted truck might not have had the breakover height on some of the lines I took.

You can drive marked trails, no making your own. They occasionally block off trails if people are doing stupid shit on them.

Adam I've been on negro hollow road. We used it for the dual sport last year. I had to rescue a lady who had a tt250 swamped to the seat. I was in some pretty rutted and deep holes. Bike carrier in the hitch and a bike on the back. Took me 5 hours to get to her and get her back. I was kinda pissed
