WPXI said there will be a rain-snow line through Allegheny County tomorrow, so you may not see it, although the line was more toward eastern Allegheny county. I'll take a few inches of snow over a possible slushy mess though.

At the dentist once again.

 

Bummer.

 

I unfortunately just have bad teeth. But I was stubborn about going for a long time. So finally getting them all fixed up. No dental insurance tho. So 300$ a visit hurts.

 

PA. Not much happening here today other than making a pile of kindling for the wood stove. Forecast is dreary for the next week, snow changing to rain -- ugh.

Getting it all fixed up is going to be a good thing in the long run though. A healthy mouth is really important for your overall health. Keep at it.

 

So my drives idea front end has been squeaking for a couple weeks now. Thought it was the suspension now I'm thinking it's the new lower control arm that was installed about 2 years ago. Just my luck. And it sounds horrible.

 

Try hitting the bushing with some lubricant, if noise goes away ur onto the right part. Whenever I spray that fluid film I hit everything that can rust , plus it gives moving parts some lube. What that last sentence has to do with you I don't know. Just rambling I guess. Did u go with OEM bushings and control arms ?

 

For me it's always the lower uniballs in the shock mounts.

 

Mom called everyone and said tomorrow is Polenta day. For those that don’t know polenta, see photo. Basically cornmeal cooked with whatever toppings you want. We make it like the photo, gravy (sauce) and sausage which we just made and some we make white with garlic sauce and mushrooms.
When you get told that it’s that day, you change your plans and make it. Mom don’t play around.
Once a poor man’s dish, it’s gained some popularity and some charge a lot for something that cost Pennie’s. I’m usually the one that stirs this for a half hour til it’s done. She’ll get hers. Have a surprise 80th for her next Sunday with about 60 people. Not one that likes any attention, she gonna be surprise and pissed at the same time.

 

Grits ? Or taste like it ? Looks good. In fact I've yet to see something from you I didn't like ! If I forget next week tell mom so chump from TW says happy birthday and many more to come. Are you cooking for those 60 people ? Post up some pics.

 

A bit creamier and smoother then grits. Nah no cooking next week, getting it catered. Some Italian joint near her house. Told her we’re taking her to dinner. We’re just supplying the booze. Didn’t even tell dad just in case. Ill pass on the Birthday wish..thank you!
