    Good morning PA. Happy Friday!

Should be a good day. Headed over to Bonehead to pick up my freshly coated C4 bumper

Hopefully the shop heater will keep things warm enough that I can get it installed this weekend.

    Thanks for the ins
Thanks for the heads up as to how to reply. I am a "cattle dog" fan even though we have never had one. We lost our rescue dog last year after having her for many years and my wife and I are just getting to the point where we can see a dog again in our future. It is tough losing a loved pet. Coincidentally, we are in Northern Chester County. Good looking dogs.

    Fascinating technology!

I still don't want one. My wife might end up with something geeked out like that though. She's deep into fuel economy.

No such thing as a good automatic (looking at you 3rd gens) so might as well get the most fuel economy out of an engine as possible.

Frankly the auto in my Rav shifts just fine and does what an automatic transmission should do: let you drive without realizing it's there.

Slam your foot into the floorboard as you try to put the key in the ignition. Tell everyone else in the car to shut up and stop laughing as you curse the stupid rental, then start the car.

It's extremely tough losing a beloved pet. We always had dogs growing up. My first dog that was "mine," you know, as an adult, (also an ACD) died about 2 years ago. She was 15- we did everything together and could read each other's minds. She was pure bred and I got her at 7 weeks. These two were rescues that we got at 5-6 years old, and their past lives definitely show. Female was abused terribly and the male had been living on the street. They have both been very different experiences then my first, which isn't what I wanted, but I fell in love with them anyway.

Not sure what your latest dog was, but I'd caution you against any high energy/high intelligence herding breeds if you don't have the lifestyle or time for them. We can talk more in PM's of you like.

Lightning on the left and thunder on the right. Never seen two of the same breed that were so different in build and temperament
