    Between my lack of patience and urge to fix things that are broken I couldn't wait until Saturday to do the repair I can do today. Not a bad job, could've done without the rusty bolts holding the line brackets to the crosssmember and frame but PB Blaster made quick work of them. $45 for the new line kit from Autozone ($55- $10 discount off of $60) not bad. The kit came with new rubber hoses, rubber isolator grommets and clamps. Didn't use the hoses this time.

    Yep, just topped off the reservoir, jacked up the front tires off the ground and had my wife slowly turned the steering wheel lock to lock left to right while I watched the reservoir. Went out for a drive, everything is good.

    Speaking of skunks, a while back when I had my dog -miss that stupid bone head- I would always get up first, before I walked him, I would at least let him out front to do his thing and back inside so I can get some coffee first. Let him out one day, this time he runs across the road into some brush, didn’t see anything there but he must have. I called him back. He comes trotting back, up the hill and right past me as I held the door open and as I did each morning. As he walked past….too late. He runs upstairs and jumps in bed with the wife.
    All I hear from upstairs is Jesus F***in Christ, what the F***????? And some other stuff I really can’t repeat. Yeah, all I could do is stand there as it happened. Just happened so fast.
    Ran a bit late for work that day and a bit stinky myself after trying to wash him off, tossing out bed sheets and pillow cases etc…
    Go figure, wife won’t let me get another dog after the last one, I still laugh, she….not so much.
