Good morning. School break has started for most kids. I have a guy coming this morning to look at my propane fireplace. It stopped working and my step son and I have both tried to figure out what's wrong. Now it's time to pay a professional.

 

I know a guy if u don't. He works for Ruthruff Sauer. He hustles on the side. He put in my mother's furnace and AC this past summer. He's very knowledgeable.

 

This guy is coming from Bethel Park. Hopefully he will get things fixed.

Wanted to get some J583 lights so I wasn't blinding everyone else on the road. Hopefully I'll like these, they have great reviews and looks like pretty good light output.

 

I have them, have been quite happy. I ordered the amber film to put over it but hated the look so took it off.

Adding some amber LEDs specifically for fog sometime this spring.

Most here will see all the extra and think wow all that extra gone to waste. However, it would be a helluva lot more expensive to have to re-run a wire cause ya got it too short! Been there, done that

 

Good to hear man, everything Morimoto seems to be pretty top-notch when it comes to our trucks so I wasn't too worried. I would have got their amber ones similar to these but didn't like that they were more turn-signal like amber color.

Yes. 3 phase. 480v. We use Brown Orange Yellow colors for 480.

 

I work in industrial, so I'm too familiar with all of that. Most wires are color marked appropriately in the panels, but there's the odd occasion I have to look at wire numbers or even get out the prints. Those panels are mostly where the drunk Russian's wired stuff up. I wish I was making that up

 

I've also seen crazy stuff.

 

I first met those electricians when they were wiring a new building in Elmira, NY. They were definitely an odd pair. Come to find out they did the wiring on the expansion at the place I work at now. Looking in the panels it all makes so much sense when I found out they did it

 

not sure if I shared this before but here is our new generator plant. 4. 2.5MW @ 4160V.

Our biggest problem is when we can't get colors and have to run it all in black. Then you end up with BOY tape on everything and eventually shit falls off and you're guessing.

50/50 you get it right the first time anyway I guess.
