He was pecking at his image. And, earlier this morning there were 3 hens on our patio cleaning up bird seed the birds knock out of the feeder while the Tom strutted his stuff in our back yard.

Morning all! Crazy busy week so far at work. They've finally gotten my coworker and I some help in the office. New guy will only be part time but that's still a help. I started training him Monday on aspects of my job that he will he helping with. He's a fast learner which helps. Still going to take a decent amount of time though, there's a lot to learn.

Morning Pa. This is day #2 of 3 driving to Harrisburg for meetings. First two are for contract negotiations, third is a statewide PASSHE labor and management. Might drive the Tundra tomorrow, I like it better on the interstate. She has a drinking problem though...

On the other hand, if you get your inspection done on the 1st day of the month after it's due you get whole extra month next year. Effectively making it a 13 month cycle, and saving you money over the life of the car.

 

My actual job title is Purchasing Manager. What I do has gradually morphed into a whole lot more. Our office used to have 5 full time staff not counting our salesman. We now have 2. myself and one coworker. I do all purchasing, oversee parts department and inventory control, shipping and receiving, act as sales rep for our Encore re-manufacturing program, cut materials for jobs, paint when needed, and a bit more that comes up from time to time. My coworker Bryan was our machine shop lead man but now in addition to that job he also is our planner and estimator.

We do hydraulic cylinder repair and manufacture. The manufacturing is typically to reverse engineer and obsolete cylinder and make a recreation to exact spec.

 

Sounds like my job where if you're a hard worker and do your job well, they add more and more to your original position that you really shouldn't even be doing haha. Glad I'm not the only one. Sounds like you got your hands full.
