Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
Or you could do what I do and forget to make the appointment to get it inspected and get all kinds of free months.

It's time to replace my front hub assemblies. What brand does everyone use and how long have they lasted? My current set are from Napa and they lasted 4 years/ 35k miles. That's 35k hard miles with a combination of 3" lift, 285's, armor and 12.5k lb winch up front (steel cable) towing and hauling everyday around Pittsburgh/western Pa/Ohio Valley region. Lots of windy steep hills.

Morning guys, been a good week for me. The buyers of our old house wanted a home inspection done before they go ahead with buying it, so we got that done last night. Went well and no surprises for them or me, pretty sure we'll be good to close on it next month. AND finally selling my old Chevy Colorado this week. 2 big headaches lately that will finally be over and done with haha. :bananadance::broccoli::kona::dancingbacon:

Won't be an issue here. Small family owned shop with generous policies regarding time off. Previous employers I've worked for I would have agreed with you. In addition he had given us dates that he already had appointments or scheduled events so both sides knew going in what was happening.

On a brighter note, he's catching on faster than I might have expected and taking copious notes so he's WAY ahead of some folks we've hired!

So two contractors at work ran a man lift into a 69kv line.

Remarkably both survived without a scratch.

They never actually touched it, it jumped the gap. I've actually got it all on video but won't be posting online. It arcs 3 separate times in the same spot, which is about 6" above where the guy's hand was on the control. Basically it missed his head by about a foot. I think he caught it out of the corner of his eye and reacted just in time to not be a vaporized pile of flesh.

All 4 tires caught on fire but self extinguished when it stopped arcing. The lift safely brought them to the ground but I imagine all the electronics are fried.

The breaker did not trip. Which is good because that line runs from like Shamokin Dam to McElhattan, and powers our plant.

relay settings on transmission aren’t usually set to that low, the line probably barely noticed lol. Glad they are ok. If that was 12kv they’d probably be fried.

It gouged the line pretty good, PPL is going to have to do some repairs. Another couple of arcs and the line might have come down.

real question is what we’re they doing violating the MAD? Sounds like they should be fired IMO.
