Something about this whole situation doesn't sit well with me, how do we know those F-16s didn't down the thing? Scrambling fighter jets to chase a Cessna and going supersonic, just doesn't make sense. Idk

 

I think it's cool right now because the smoke is obscuring the sun, and I though the air quality rating would have calmed down a bit overnight, but nope...

Hey, what is is everybody paying for registration renewal? I paid like $140-something for two years in 2021, and now it's $164 for two years!

 

Definitely not as smoky as it was last night, but the smell is still fairly strong...

Monroe Energy shut the job down due to ‘smoke’… what a debacle

 

Mine was 95 last year for sure for 1 year, now its 110 I think. Freakin bullshit man, why does it keep getting increased? When you buy the vehicle and register it, that should be it. There's literally no reason it needs to be done on a yearly basis other then a money grab.

 

Just sent mine in for the Tacoma, $72 per year or $144 for 2 years. I only pay them one year at a time and I mail them a check. I'm not paying it online only to have to print my own registration card.

How is yours only $72 haha? Don't you have to print it now because they no longer send you a card in the mail?

 

It’s such an oxymoron. We’re in a refinery inhaling all kinds of chemicals and half the employees smoke

 

If you renew by snail mail, they still print your card and mail it to you. I guess in some ways it's my little personal form of protest making them do this. They talked about the millions the state was going to save no longer printing and mailing our the little date stickers any longer yet the rates went up. I will continue to just mail them a check and make them mail me back my stuff until such time as they stop that option entirely.

I literally just checked PennDots site and for Class 2 Truck it showed $105 if it's due after July 31 23, and $210 for 2 years. Your is after July and still the normal rate, what the hell is going on here?
