It’s like the NJTP. Took em like 15 years to rebuild the whole thing, and before they finished the “complete” parts were falling apart.

The main issue is we have incompetent project managers and leaders, the last real person with any sense for progression was Dwight D. Eisenhower when he passed the Federal Highway Act back in the early 1900s. People since then have assumed that somebody else will handle it going forward, and 100 years of slacking and collecting tax payers money and lining politicians pockets is where we are. Nobody that wants to build/rebuild roads and nobody that knows how to design them. Another perfect example, a project that failed before it was even completed LOL

It is a shame nobody takes pride in their work anymore, the only thing most are proud of these days is how many tik tak followers they have and most people on that website or app whatever it is can't even build a sandwich.

Agree, I did my 13 when I bought it used at apx 100k a d wasn't sure what was done over the years. After researching on this site I understood where all the drain and fill points were and torque specs . Kind of enjoyed it, easy to get to points. Probably my best noticeable replacement was the u joints and carrier bearing.
