Keystone State Thread

Got the big boy slicer out, cut up some dried sausage and capicola, a few kinds of cheese, a piece of ham we had in the freezer and some sweet potatoes to make some sweet potato chips for my grandson. He loves them. Wrapped them up and think we got enough for a week or two. Now chillin and soon gonna cook up some pasta with that gravy we made earlier. Stuffed shells with the ricotta we made in foil pans and in the freezer for the week. All this makes cooking easier during the week. Me and Jim Beam now looking for a ball game on TV.

@Stitchgirl90 and I drove to Washington, NJ from Bethlehem afree the SteelStacks cars and coffee to get something of hers from the old apartment. We encountered this flooding somewhere between Stewartsville and Washington, and I had Amanda take these pictures..

 

And that is a mint Chrysler Conquest TSi in front of us!

 

A family visiting from South Carolina drove into a flash flood on their way to a barbecue and it swept away the car, the mother, the grandmother, a 2-year old, and 9-month old; I believe it was in Upper Makefield...

 

Holy moly. Just reading about the flash flood in Bucks County. Not good.
