Wow I could jump all over this as your union rep. On your job description does it state computer literacy under minimum quals? If this is required training, it should be done during working hours on company computer and internet access. Also I would say your 'boss' missed his required Inservice pertaining to confidentiality and developing motivation skills. Stand your ground don't quit. Good luck.

Yeah, some companies are ass these days. Today my manager sent out the SDS for a product we've been using for over a week already. They just asked for the SDS yesterday. How the hell does a new substance find its way into a facility, and then into use, before the SDS has even been requested?!

No it doesn't anything about computer literacy. But I was telling my co worker if he does fire me. I'm obtaining an attorney and going after him for retaliation. I finally received a email back last night at 7pm for the company that does all the training course and they rescheduled me for October. But he blew this all way out of proportion. He told me I let the company and the team down. When I explained to him I'm not great with computers. I agree with whoever said it before. Most companies now adays just suck.
Today I give zero f* I'm dragging my feet don't care anymore. I'm done trying to please people.

So another I thought simple question. Do all replacement turn single LED bulbs even with “built in resistors” still hyper blink on occasion?
Can’t find one that hasn’t worked without it going hyper
Will adding a separate resistor fix this? Seems like a lot to change a damn bulb
    Shout out to the critter

I've had no luck with this. You do need built in resistors but not all led have them. Apparently you can get a "led flasher" to fix this issue. Check out super bright leds .com

With your current rate of 6636 your looking at about 4.5 years, I have a 66 mile daily commute 18.5k per year just for work, I'll be close to 200k by the time you reach 100k. :fistbump:
