Morning guys, haven't had the time to pop on till now cause I was doing the work of 2 people and also managing the warehouse here. My boss and coworker are both back today, so here I am haha.

Not too sure wants going on I think I'm coming down with some type of sickness. All night I was sweating and shivering at the same time. My whole body is sore. And my head feels like it's going to explode

Good morning PA posters, and NJ, NY posters. Last day of the summer like weather. It's nice when i take the dog out about 5 a.m., but I am ready to move on from the 80s, although there has been low humidity lately, so the days haven't been bad.

I'm okay with it cooling off some but I absolutely hate winter so not looking forward to that at all. I tolerate heat way better than cold myself.

 

Not sure. Never got it before but this might be it. This body pain I'm getting is unbearable.

 

You can keep the heat. I'll take cold weather all day long over heat. And that's coming from someone load with titanium in my bones. The nerve pain always sucks but I'll take cold.

 

My biggest problem is my feet. I swear they're always cold. In winter there are times where my feet get so cold they'll wake me up at night. I usually keep a pair of heavy wool socks close by just to slip on when that happens.

I know a Bunch of people at different sites where I work have gotten it.

I work with a Internal Med Doc who sees people down at Paoli Hospital and they've had steady uptick in Covid cases in the last couple of months.

 

More Beets in your diet? Beets have nitric oxide which is a vaso dilator. Might help with extra bloodflow.

Oh, and Alpaca Socks. Seriously, life changing. bought my first pair at the Oaks Gun show last year and haven't looked back. Used them for a couple of night shoots where the temp was below freezing (with windchill) and no discomfort.

Might help with winter rides, too. They are much thicker than regular socks so your riding boots may feel a bit tight.

My parents made me eat beets as a child......I do NOT like beets. Appreciate the tip, I truly do, but I just cannot bring myself to eat those things.

Yeah, even the sweet ones taste like dirt. i have the same thought with carrots.
Beet supplements are a way around that.
Nitric Oxide supplements are pretty common in the weight training world.
