    Nah just move, it's cheaper here and it's not dirty jersey.

    When one of my employees is genuinely sick I don't care, I'd rather they keep their ass home than make me sick too. The guys that call off because they have a flat tire, or their grandma died for the 4th time, or his brother in law was sick (but they're really close!).. you get the point. It's the people that always have an excuse to not come to work that you can tell just aren't making an effort.

    I think I've missed like 5 days in the past 11 years at this job, and 2 of them were because of dogs dying.

    I actually do enjoy the holiday that shall not be mentioned for atleast another month but the commercialism of it all is overwhelming. Nonstop music, commercials, signs, stores, restaurants and everything in between packed with it is like psychological warfare. It should be like Fight Cub "we don't talk about it", atleast until December. If you've ever worked retail or anywhere that goes overboard with it you understand.

    We got a dusting. WPXI had one of their weathermen up in Grove City before 6 a.m. and as he reported the snow was really falling there. It seemed like they had 1 1/2 inches at that point.

    Well, that is kind of cool from a novelty standpoint.

    Got to finally complete the install of the KBVoodoo hi-lift brackets. (rain delayed this for several days)
